Irina Gorovaya has over 20 years of extensive healthcare experience, including long term, acute care, and home health.  With over 10 years of nursing experience and MBA in Health Administration, Irina was also able to experience a professional growth from a field nurse to the Owner/Administrator of a home health agency. Irina’s areas of expertise include telehealth and professional competency training. Irina was a featured speaker at the Home Care Association of Florida and Colorado as well as Accreditation Commission for Health Care. Irina joined Two Trees Consulting in 2021 as a nurse consultant helping clients achieve ACHC home health and home infusion therapy accreditation.
